Q: What are your coaching fees? Are they negotiable?
A: Our coaching fees are typically set based on a sliding scale. We
can work with you to arrange either an affordable coaching package
or an extended coaching process to spread out the payments. Our past
clients inform us that this investment has "more than paid off"
in terms of tangible results.
Q: What are your organizational consulting fees?
A: These are negotiable and depend on the scope and duration of the project. Please contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
Q: How long is each coaching session, how often do they occur, and how many months does a typical coaching last?
A: Each coaching session is typically one half-hour long. Ideally, they occur once per week, and a typical coaching process will last 3-6 months, depending on the goals we establish. Usually, the first session is longer (e.g., 1 hour) to properly clarify the expectations, answer all of your questions, and begin establishing the nature and character of our work together.
If you would like, it is possible to arrange alternative schedules, such as one-hour calls every two weeks. Keep in mind that weekly calls are preferable for most individuals, to maintain continuity in the coaching process.
Q: Are coaching and consulting sessions private and will you ensure confidentiality?
A: Absolutely. In fact, Role Analysis has a standard confidentiality form that makes this a cornerstone of our working relationship. Any and all information shared in the coaching and consulting sessions will remain confidential - during and after our work is completed.
Q: What other commitment is necessary from me for coaching other than fees and our calls?
A: Role Analysis coaches use existing tools as well as develop customized materials for each client to facilitate introspection and further exploration between coaching calls. We call it 'homework.' These homework assignments are where a great deal of the process happens. Naturally, you are free to spend as much or as little time as you wish on these assignments. However, the more of yourself and your time you put into the process between calls, the more you will get out of each coaching session.
Please note that coaching is not psychotherapy. The Role Analysis coaching process does occasionally involve appropriate psychological exploration, however it cannot include diagnosis and treatment of psychological conditions. We pride ourselves on providing psychological insights where helpful, and we will respect your personal boundaries on this sensitive issue.
Q: Do you also do in-person coaching sessions?
A: Yes. Please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Q: If I have additional questions, how can I contact you?
A: Email us at , or call us at
