Our organizational consulting practice is an extension of our individual
Role Analysis coaching method. We base our work with you on a social
constructivist model through which we listen, talk about, and work
through issues that present obstacles to effective organizational
function and performance. Socio-technical action research and the
transformation of organizational culture are operational approaches
for Role Analysis consultants.
We believe openness and the desire to creatively explore options breed innovation and the excitement of possibilities. The balance of grounded social inquiry in the organization with an active, mutually engaged process of discovery can evoke deepening understanding among members of an organization and thereby spark creativity and reality-based innovation. Whether evolution or transformation is your goal, organizational change must be an organization-wide, individual person-deep initiative. Inclusion and deep involvement are keystones of the Role Analysis approach to consulting with organizations.
Active listening and critical thinking: We work closely with an individual internal project sponsor to provide a richer understanding of work dynamics and their linkages to strategic planning and implementation. The work style is negotiated through a non-judgmental, open working arrangement to encourage continuous learning and insight generation. All deliverables and feedback are original pieces of work to meet the distinctive needs of each organization and its employees.
We have expertise in working with service organizations, startups, nonprofits, and executive clients within corporate settings. The level of engagement of our work is best characterized as a unique blend of interpersonal and strategic.
