Michael Y. Moon, Ph.D.,
MBA, the principal consultant of Role Analysis, is currently a professor
in the Department
of Public Affairs and Administration at California State University,
East Bay in Hayward. He teaches courses in organizational change,
human resources management, and group dynamics.
Dr. Moon has over 15 years
of industry and career guidance experience. Michael's doctoral work
(Columbia University) focused on adult development and how adults
use cognitive and emotional descriptions to talk about significant
others. His MBA concentrations (Yale School of Management) were
in organizational behavior and marketing.
Michael's blend of psychological insight with organizational acumen
provides the balance that clients seek to align personal interests
and organizational concerns. Michael's specialty is to help clients
gain deep insight into individual patterns and thought processes.
In doing so, he creates transformational opportunities on individual
and group levels.
